WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship your order within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email from us with a track and trace number when your order is packed and shipped from us.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay and PayPal.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM TO YOU?

If you want to return one or more items, do the following:
1. Inform us about your decision to return items. Write to us at: shop-costbart@luxkids.dk
2. Pack the returned item(s) in the original packaging.
3. Fill in the return form, which can be downloaded from the Return page, and enclose it in your parcel.
4. You must cover the cost of the return shipment and buy a return label from a shipping company yourself.
5. Send the return parcel securely back to us.
We point out that we do not receive returned items per. cash on delivery, and we do not pick up packages in parcel shops.
We will process your return order within 14 working days, where the return amount will be refunded to the credit card you used for payment.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN ITEM WITH ERRORS, WHAT DO I DO?

If you have received an item or several items with errors, then this is a complaint. Please send us an e-mail with the following: Your order number, description of the error and pictures of the error.

Once we have received your e-mail, we will contact you within 7 working days, to resolve your case.

I AM IN DOUBT ABOUT THE SIZE, WHAT DO I DO?

If you are in doubt about what size the child is using, we recommend that you use our size guide. You will find the size guide under each product as well as at the bottom of our website under the tab "Information". If you are still in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help.
